Cutting Boards

About

Holidays crept around and I realized there were a couple of gifts I needed to give. Somehow, I never ran into the almost-mandatory highschool woodshop project of making a cutting board. Since I was working with a lot of nice lumber at the time, I figured this would be a great way to use up some scraps, and give some really nice gifts.

These turned out great and were a lot of fun. I definitely might make more should I have access to the same kinds of tools again. It’s wild how crazy people get for hardwood cutting boards.

These are made from white maple, black walnut, white oak, and black cherry – all Canadian.
